HiTech 2019 closing session overview

9 projects that want to change the world and a roundtable about "Industry driven innovation".

The business projects that resulted from the tech-based ideas supported by HiTech were presented at the closing session of this initiative, last July 2 at Nova School of Business and Economics, with an audience of more than 130 people.

In this edition, 9 projects - developed by 27 researchers from Portuguese R&D institutions, 16 management students from Porto Business School and Nova SBE and 24 business mentors - finished HiTech.

We also had a roundtable discussion about “Industry driven innovation" boosted by Andreia Madeira (BBVA) with the participation of Nuno Oliveira Figueiredo (Cortadoria Nacional de Pêlo), Jorge Martins (Enkrott), Carlos Martins Andrade (Galp Energia) and Augusto Eugénio Filipe (Tecnimede).
