HiTech/S3E Start

HiTech/S3E Start call for applications is now open.

- HiTech is now part of a European S3E Project. This means that the Portuguese participants will have a scaled experience and will have colleagues from all the southern Europe.

- The first HiTech/S3E Start call for applications is open until the 10th of February 2023 at 17:00 CET.

- The program targets research teams with deep tech projects and, for the first time, we will be open to technology transfer officers.

- HiTech/S3E Start will host information sessions until the call is closed.

This first open call is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and therefore applicants must tie into one or more of the following SDGs:

HiTech/S3E Start will use the same team and methodology as HiTech. For the Portuguese applicants, there will be no difference from the previous HiTech editions. The program will maintain the same challenging vibe. However, all the selected participants will have a scaled experience and will have colleagues from all the southern Europe.

KEY DATES OF THE PROGRAM
Call opening: 7th of November 2022 (12:00 CET)
Call closed: 10th of February 2023 (17:00 CET)
Evaluation: 13th of February 2023 to 27th of February 2023
Public announcement: 7th of March 2023
Program: 21st of March 2023 to 20th of July 2023

IMPORTANT: A maximum of 25 research teams and 20 technology transfer officers will be selected from all southern Europe.
